14-day returns
You have 14 days after your order is delivered to start a return.
We want you to feel sure in what you wear. If the fit, the color, or the piece isn’t right, send it back.
What we accept
- Unworn and unwashed
- Tags still attached
- In the original packaging
- Proof of purchase (your order email is enough)
How to start
Use our contact form with your order number and what you’re sending back. Wait for our reply before you ship. Packages that arrive without a return request may not be accepted.
Return shipping
You cover return postage unless we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged or defective. In those cases, we cover it.
Sale items
Sale and clearance items are final sale, except if we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged.
Refunds
Once we receive the return and check it, we refund your original payment method. Banks can take a few extra days to show it.
